Do SBDM's have a return policy or exchange policy?
No Returns or Refunds , Exchanges only NO Exceptions. We ensure that our clients receive the best quality virgin hair. The items must be mailed back for exchange in it's original state. We do not accept merchandise that is not in its original condition. The exchange item must not be opened, worn, damaged and all tags and packaging must be included. (ex: washed , comb, brushed, cut, or colored) Items that meet these conditions may be exchanged within 2 days after the delivery date.
How do I make an Exchange/Return?
The items must be mailed back for exchange in it's original state. We do not accept merchandise that is not in its original condition. How long does shipping usually take?
Processing time is 3-5 Business days weekends not included. After the order is done processing it will be shipped out according to the shipping method you select. Once the shipping company has processed , the first acceptance scan we are no longer responsible for the package. Any lost or stolen packages must be handled with the shipping company. Shipping does not include WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS. We ship our packages out via USPS which will require your signature in order to get the package preventing any fraud. Standard shipping within the US will cost $10
